    Wild Awake Wednesdays @0615

WHAT IS IT?

Midweek. Early doors. Proper wake-up call.

Wide Awake is a 45-minute outdoor bodyweight session designed to fire you up for the day ahead. Expect a mix of running, HIIT, circuits and a bit of organised chaos—all built to get the heart pumping and the brain switched on.

Morning training has been shown to boost mood, sharpen focus and build consistency—so you’re not just exercising, you’re getting ahead before most people have had their first coffee.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Gentle-ish wake-up warm-up (we’ll ease you in… briefly)

Bodyweight strength & circuit blocks

Short runs to keep things moving (nothing fancy, just effective)

HIIT bursts to get the lungs working

A fun (and slightly spicy) finisher

Quick reset so you head into the day feeling alive, not half-asleep

WHO IT’S FOR

All levels welcome—from beginners to regular grafters. Everything can be scaled, and there’s always an option to suit where you’re at. No pressure, just good people getting it done.

WHAT TO BRING

Layers you can move in, water, and trainers you don’t mind getting a bit sandy or muddy. It’s outdoors—embrace it.
