🎒 What to bring

Simple kit. Big payoff.

  • Water bottle
  • Layers you can peel (light waterproof if needed)
  • Grippy trainers; for beach days, old shoes you don’t mind getting sandy/wet
  • Optional gloves/beanie for carries/cold mornings
  • Head torch Oct–Mar for early sessions (optional)
  • Towel/hoodie for after-class warmth
  • Any personal meds you need (e.g., inhaler)

Bonus: walk or cycle to class = extra good vibes (and occasional prize draws).

🌦️ Weather policy

We’re outdoors on purpose.

  • We train in rain, wind, and cold—sessions are adapted to conditions.
  • We pause/cancel only for lightning, serious ice risk, or severe warnings.
  • If we cancel: your credit is auto-returned or you can rebook.
  • You can swap/cancel your spot up to 24 hours before start.
  • New or rehabbing? Tell the coach at check-in so we can scale smart.
