climate action plan

our commitment

climate action and carbon cut commitment

At Coastal Peak Fitness, we believe performance and environmental responsibility go hand in hand.

Our approach to fitness is built on simplicity, durability and respect for the environments we train in. From outdoor sessions to low-impact operations, we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint while helping our community become stronger, healthier and more resilient.

The Carbon Cut Challenge is at the heart of what we do. We don’t just train bodies - we challenge habits.

Through our Carbon Cut approach we encourage our community to:

  • Move more actively (walk, run, cycle)

  • Reduce unnecessary consumption

  • Make small, consistent changes that lower environmental impact.

We previously integrated a carbon calculator into our platform and we are committed to bringing this back - giving our members a simple, practical way to understand and reduce their footprint.

How we reduce our impact

outdoor-first training

We prioritise outdoor sessions wherever possible, reducing reliance on energy-intensive facilities while reconnecting people with natural environments.

low carbon operations

Our garage gym runs on 100% renewable electricity with minimal energy usage and efficient equipment.

Active travel culture

We actively encourage walking, cycling and car sharing to sessions. As a coach I lead by example by cycling to training wherever possible.

circular equipment use

We prioritise second-hand and long-lasting equipment, reducing waste and supporting a circular economy.

low waste practices

We use eco-friendly cleaning products and reusable materials to minimise waste in day-to-day operations.

Stripe Climate Commitment

We are proud to support carbon removal through Stripe Climate. A portion of our revenue contributes to the development of permanent carbon removal technologies - helping scale solutions that remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.

This goes beyond offsetting. It supports long-term, science-backed climate solutions.
