WHAT IS IT?

60 minutes of smart, scalable training—strength, conditioning, cardio and core. Technique first, sweat second, and a proper endorphin hit to set you up for the day ahead. Studies show morning training boosts energy, focus, and consistency—so you’re not just ticking the box, you’re winning the day before most people crawl groggily out of their pit.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Wake-up warm-up & mobility (we’ll get you moving, gently… at first)

Strength block (squat/hinge/push/pull rotations)

Conditioning circuit (kettlebells, carries, bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells, slamballs)

Short spicy finisher (to make sure you’re fully awake)

Cooldown & mobility so you head into the day feeling sharp, not shattered

From first-timers to seasoned grafters. Everything is scaled to you, with injury-aware options always available. No egos—just early legends getting it done.

WHAT TO BRING

Layers you can peel, water, and grippy trainers (optional gloves for carries). We train outdoors—fresh air included, excuses not so much.
