Warm-up & mobility to shake off the weekend

Strength block (squat/hinge/push/pull rotations)

Conditioning circuit (kettlebells, carries, bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells, slamballs)

Short spicy finisher (sometimes team-based)

Cooldown & mobility so you walk out buzzing

Who it’s for

Beginners to seasoned grafters. Everything is scaled to you; injury-aware options always available.

WHAT TO Bring

Layers you can peel, water, grippy trainers (optional gloves for carries). We train outdoors—only lightning stops play.
