WHAT IS IT?

End of the week. Time to empty the tank (in a good way).

Funktional Fitness is a 60-minute outdoor session built around real-world strength and movement—lifting, carrying, conditioning, and getting properly stuck in. Every session is varied, creative, and expertly coached to challenge your whole body.

It’s the perfect way to finish the week strong, shake off the desk, and head into the weekend feeling accomplished (and pleasantly worked).

WHAT TO EXPECT

Warm-up & mobility to get you moving

Strength and skill work (squat/hinge/push/pull/carry)

Conditioning circuits using kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, bodyweight & more

Short, spicy finisher (you’ll know about it… in a good way)

Cooldown so you leave feeling better than you arrived

WHO IT’S FOR

Everyone—from beginners to seasoned grafters. Everything is scalable, with options to suit your level and any niggles. No egos, just solid training and good people.

WHAT TO BRING

Layers you can peel, water, and solid trainers. It’s outdoors—expect fresh air, maybe a bit of mud, definitely a good time.
